Launched at Love Art After Dark 2017, this issue has more than enough personality to live up to the auspicious surrounds of the Fitzwilliam Museum
We held our launch for issue 39 in The Old Library of Pembroke College, Cambridge. Our audience was treated to live readings by a host of wonderful poets including Jacqueline Krass, Alex Fong, Finty Hunter, Joanna Lee, James Roberts, Sarah Howden and Mishal Bandukda amongst several others.
This week’s submissions consider many degrees of separation, from the uncomfortable closeness of the political and the personal in Jacqueline Krass’ 8 November 2016 to Finty Hunter’s haunting description of a body’s proximity to fragility: Muscle turned skeletal.
